KUMQUAT MARMALADE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1.500 gr kumquat
  • 1 kg mandarin orange
  • 2 cups (400 gr) white sugar
  • 1 lemon

PREPARATION
  1. Squeeze mandarin orange and lemon into a large pot.
  2. Slice kumquats in four pieces.
  3. Remove any seeds.
  4. Pour the kumquats over mandarin orange and lemon juice.
  5. Add sugar to the pot and cook for 45 minutes over medium heat.
  6. Stir constantly.
  7. Get blender and blend the marmalade for 1-2 minutes at the end of cooking time.
  8. Remove from heat and ladle marmalade into clean jars.
