INGREDIENTS
- 1.500 gr kumquat
- 1 kg mandarin orange
- 2 cups (400 gr) white sugar
- 1 lemon
PREPARATION
- Squeeze mandarin orange and lemon into a large pot.
- Slice kumquats in four pieces.
- Remove any seeds.
- Pour the kumquats over mandarin orange and lemon juice.
- Add sugar to the pot and cook for 45 minutes over medium heat.
- Stir constantly.
- Get blender and blend the marmalade for 1-2 minutes at the end of cooking time.
- Remove from heat and ladle marmalade into clean jars.
